President Lula’s approach to fragile states
Abstract
In this article I will first establish that attention to fragile states is not on the agenda of the current Brazilian government. Then I will try to explain the major factors contributing to the exclusion of this issue from President Luis Inácio Lula da Silva’s foreign policy, which essentially have to do with the difficulty for Lula, his government, and his party in dealing with their left of centre supporters.Downloads
