Abstract

O alcance e a profundidade das transformações e reformas produzidas pelo atual governo brasileiro são objetos de numerosas controvérsias. Todavia, há um consenso: é no campo internacional que as novidades são as mais numerosas fazendo com que a política externa se transforme em tema de candente debate público.
