Abstract

O sistema político internacional tem interesses difusos e crescente número de atores majoritariamente não estatais. No século XXI o controle de recursos naturais será foco de confl itos. O Brasil tem as maiores reservas destes recursos. Valorá-los indica a premência de fortalecimento da Força Terrestre Brasileira como poder de dissuasão dos confl itos por recursos naturais.
