Políticas de segurança do Departamento de Estado para a América Latina (2001-2009) no contexto da macrossecuritização
Abstract
Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar e analisar políticas de segurança internacional do Departamento de Estado norte-americano direcionadas para os países da América Latina, durante o período de governo de George W. Bush (2001-2009), com especial atenção para os processos de securitização nelas revelados e para a sua inserção na lógica da macrossecuritização, bem como para a possibilidade de consideração das regiões latino-americanas como complexos regionais de segurança, segundo os conceitos mais recentes da chamada Escola de Copenhague.
