RELENDO A CONSTRUÇÃO (NEGATIVA) DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS INTERNACIONAIS

Resumo

O artigo faz uma releitura da construção dos direitos humanos internacionais no contexto pós 1945. Primeiro, comentam-se brevemente os traços normativos da constituição da sociedade internacional. Depois, comenta-se o problema da justiça e dos direitos humanos na arquitetura internacional. Em seguida, relê-se a construção (negativa) dos direitos humanos internacionais. Conclui-se com alguns rastros e comentários acerca da construção de alteridades “bárbaras”, colocando em questão a constituição do limite da ordem internacional moderna.
